We are so thrilled to have been recognized by Luxury Lifestyle Awards for our AquaBlu project, City Penthouse.  Being named Best Luxury Penthouse Interior Design for Florida 2023 is a testament to our design ethos and experience.

As a global source for recognizing the best in luxury goods all over the world, Luxury Lifestyle Awards evaluates over 10,000 various goods and services in 400 categories from 60 countries. 

The regional director for the awards contacted us after her and her team saw our work.  When asked if we would like to submit an entry for their short list of winners, we could think of no better project than this one.

Many things were considered during the review process.  Before and after pictures were required.  A detailed written scope of work explaining what our firm was challenged with, what we created, the process of project management, and how much of the design was from our team.  With no architect on board, nor any other design trades, the transformation of the space were ours alone.  Every piece of millwork, every stone, all floorings, each hand selected detail, custom decorative lighting fixture, and architectural lighting designs are original to Oliver Cloutier.  All aspects of the design process were performed in house.  Sketched concepts turned into working drawings.  A true bespoke experience which we believe speaks for itself.
